Q: What are your payment terms? How do you ensure timely and quality delivery?
A 50% deposit is required for formal production. The final 50% payment is due after high-definition production photos/videos are sent to QC via wire transfer before shipment. Alternatively, payment can be made to our company bank account in China/US/Canada/UK/EU. Proof of shipping is required upon payment. All our goods are insured (except for customers with shipping liability). If you unpack and identify any issues before signing for delivery and provide photo or video evidence, we will immediately resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Q: 0ur stores are located in UsA high end shopping mall, does it meet U.s. market standards?

Q: l am not sure the actual finish material, could you send me sample to check before formal

Of course. We provide free material samples for customer review. Customers only need to pay for international express shipping, which is usually around US$50. Designers and contractors often request this service to avoid any misunderstandings regarding color, finish, and workmanship. You can customize colors based on Pantone color codes, or simply send us your existing samples for customization and comparison before full production.
